Seohee construction completed our office complex for
LFG electricity production by July of 2001. That July we became the first
domestic company to begin a commercial operation for the production of
LFG electricity in Pohang, Jeju all together five domestic locations.
When the developmental complex was completed, we were selling 13000kWh
of electricity.
We are still a domestic leader in projects utilizing LFG resources. In
addition, we are striving to develop other forms of alternative energy
and find ways to improve the environment.

The production of electricity from Bio Gas generated
by the anaerobic decomposition of organic waste, particularly food waste,
also leaves by-products of the organic decomposition that may be recycled
further.
Seohee entered into an agreement with Busan City for a privately funded
development of organic waste resources project that will have a treatment
capacity of 200 tons per day. The groundbreaking for the facility was
held in December of 2003.
In Dong-Dae-Mun Gu, we are making progress in discussions with PICKO,
the Private Infrastructure Investment Center of Korea, on a proposed waste
material general treatment facility construction project (an organic waste
resources containing facility).

We supply equipment used in the production of electricity
from the synthesized gas generated from the pyrolysis (chemical change
catalyzed by heat) of sewage sludge¡¯s organic matter. The ultimate product
of this chemical process is inorganic matter that theoretically has many
uses such as raw materials for cement, etc. Seohee is a leader in the
development of technology to utilize this resource. |

Seohee has become a leader in the creation of a better
environment for the next generation. In the past, garbage and waste materials
were thrown away and thereafter were useless. Seohee¡¯s enlightened recycling
and alternative energy projects are contributing to the creation of a
healthier, more comfortable, more enjoyable environment. |
